No prior dance or yoga experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to move, feel, and play.
� What to Wear & Bring
Wear anything that makes you feel sexy, goddess-like, and free to move.
Expect lots of floor-based movement, so choose clothing you feel comfortable in.
You’re welcome to bring a robe to cover up, and/or a change of clothes—something more active for yoga and something more sensual for dance.
Bring water, a journal, and a pen to capture reflections and insights.
