On Nov 22, we are opening this journey to a small circle of woman . EMBODY is a curated retreat designed to help you REMEMBER & tap into your deep feminine wisdom.
In COMMUNITY because Woman heal in circle with other woman . WOMAN because when we elevate our own lives we have the ability to transform an entire generation. Radiant, Luminous, Magnetic , A Force of Grace, Love , Strength & Creative Power is what we are being called back into.
Our journey will weave us through practices of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Sauna & Cold Plunge therapy, Fire Cacao Ceremony , Sacred Dance & finishing with shared nourishment and integration.
Through these embodied ancient practices we are gently led back into our cellular wisdom, into our wisdom bodies and we REMEMBER. Our deep connection to the Earth we live in, the stars we come from, to each other and wisdom of our ancestral lineages that flow through us; we reclaim our soveriegnity .
EMBODY is an invitation to return home to yourself - to heal, to restore, to remember your essence, power & divinity.
