About this Event
Embodiment Forum is a community practice of embodied expression and reflection where you're invited to share and witness experiences, and receive and offer mirrors.
This communal ritual invites you into a deepening of your relationship with yourself and others, and offers the collective an opportunity to see and feel itself.
The question we will be holding in this embodiment forum is:
"What is the story or myth that we are living that wants to be expressed?"
Join Tanya Williams, Avi Finegold and the Pollinate Teaming for this unique and transformative practice. Our intention is to support a collective holding of one another in our shared experience, and to welcome being seen and to see others as they are, as we all take steps towards being more authentic and connected. There are parts of ourselves that we can keep hidden deep within because we judge them as unacceptable or even shameful. But even if they are hidden, those parts often find a way of coming up unexpectedly creating all kinds of interesting ripples in our bodies and relationships. When we express and share the hidden parts of ourselves with those we deeply trust in spaces of empathy and compassion, we begin to recognize that every part of ourselves is reflected in everyone else, in their own versions. As those parts are welcomed and honoured, we can discover greater harmony and well-being.
This process was inspired by the ZEGG Forum, a ritual developed in a large multi-generational intentional community in Germany.
We are hosting this space the night before our next Pollinate because our theme for this Pollinate invites us to move between worlds to celebrate our ancestors, archetypal beings and myths through our dance.
Note, that you do not have to attend both of these events, and there is an invitation to deepen through the experience of both.
No prior experience necessary and you can participate at the level that feels most comfortable for you.
Please arrive shortly before 6:30 PM, to be ready to open the container together.
If you need to leave early, you are free to do so.
