Introducing a new in-person weekly Sunday funday meet up in Austin with your host, Camille Pond, who leads a small business called Essence Within that focuses on spiritual development, breathwork healing, energy work, and more.
Show up in person for a liberating and healing experience where I guide you through a 20-min breathwork session, that leads to a cold plunge immersion, and ends with a somatic and energy release dance party!! Moving energy is an incredible way to release old versions of ourselves to step more into our divine essence and soul potential.
