Laurie Boilard is a wellness entrepreneur who creates grounded, heart-led spaces where healing unfolds naturally. With a background in yoga and kinesiology, she guides through mindful movement, breath, and presence — helping others reconnect with their bodies and remember their inner safety. Her work invites people to feel deeply and to come home to themselves.
About Alaysha (photographer)
From addict to artist, Alaysha Mahmutoglu is a Canadian-based artist, yoga teacher, photographer and wellness creator reconnecting humans with their heart as they heal their past. Having experienced childhood trauma and substance abuse, her story of healing addictive patterns, self discovery and success as an artist serves to inspire physical and emotional wellbeing in creatives and art-lovers alike.
