Experience the joy of becoming fully embodied in these calm, curious, and compassionate workshops with Dr. Katie Larson, a local, soulful Somatic practitioner. This is not a "work out", it's a "work in" as we explore all the wonderful ways to engage with your body through your mind, heart and soul.
