Welcome to the Embodied Women's New Year Vision Board and Mindful Self Care Retreat! Join us for a day of reflection, creativity, and self-care at 6656 Mountain Light Pl. Connect with like-minded women as we set intentions for the new year through vision board creation and mindful self-care practices. This retreat is designed to help you tap into your inner wisdom and cultivate a sense of empowerment. Let's start the year off right by nurturing our minds, bodies, and spirits together. We can't wait to see you there!
Retreat Schedule:
11:00-12:30 Mindful Eating and Visualization with Rissa Tutia
1-2:15 Belly Dance with Victoria Gabriela
2:30-5 pm Vision Board Making and Women Self Care Visualizations with Mariza ( Art supplies provided )
During Vision Board making : Sign up to receive a Tarot Card reading or a Healing Session
Joia will be providing her Tarot Card Readings and her products for sale ( soap, earrings) at Specific sign up times during vision board creation
Nicole Kerrigan will provide on site Reiki sessions and sell her Reiki infused jewelry
Kaytea Thompson ( artist selling necklaces)
Mariza’s Ceramic will be on display for Vending
Cheryl Poston ( Vendor for Herbal Products)
