Embodied Wellness: Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Dance Workshop

In this workshop, we will focus on **mindfulness**, **breathwork**, and **somatic movements** to help you connect with your body on a deeper level, while also releasing pent up stress, accessing restorative energy, and opening space for positive growth.

What To Expect:

• Participants will learn how stress, trauma, and emotions are held in our body, and how protective patterns can limit our fullness in life.
• Participants will engage in skills to support nervous system regulation.
• Participants will engage in breathwork, somatic movement, and dance that has been paired with intentionally selected music to allow for deeper observance and honoring our natural human experiences ,as well as empowering healing for yourself while holding space for others.
• Participants will have a quiet space to rest in and reflect on their experience as well as the natural emotional release that comes with breathwork, mindfulness, and movement.
• Closing reflection and observance with the group.

This workshop is open to all levels. You do NOT need to be a seasoned dancer or have experience with breathwork. Just come as you are.
