About this Event
On January 21, 2026, join Indigenous artist, life coach, and speaker Melissa Brant for a powerful session exploring mental health through lived experience, identity, and embodiment.
Through storytelling rooted in her journey as an Indigenous woman navigating systems, visibility, and self-worth, Melissa shares how mental health is shaped not just by the mind, but by culture, belonging, and the body.
This session includes a guided embodiment activity and meditation, offering participants an opportunity to reconnect with themselves in a grounded, supportive, and inclusive space.
Participation in movement or meditation is always optional, with seated and standing options available.
