Your body carries stories that words alone cannot tell. In this 3-week series, you are invited to explore those stories through movement, writing, and connection in a supportive and welcoming space. No dance or writing experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Embodied Stories: The Body Knows is based in Open Floor International, a conscious movement practice that blends mindfulness, creativity, and embodiment. As a certified Open Floor teacher, I will guide you through practices that help you feel more at home in your body, release tension, and discover new ways of connecting with yourself and others. Along the way, you will also find joy, play, and the fun of moving in community.
