With live drumming and the stirring sounds of our gifted multi-instrumental musicians, Petar Yordanov Buny and Deyan Petrov Dizzy Grooves, we are called to move as we are—freely, intuitively, fully alive. Together, we’ll explore somatic movement that invites us to unlock the heart, awaken the senses, and enter a sacred dance with our own spirit. As our journey nears its end, we are guided into a sanctuary of deep rest and integration. Gentle waves of earthy instruments and soft tribal tones fill the space, creating a cocoon of soothing vibration.
