We all carry many parts within us — the protector, the critic, the nurturer, the child. Some speak loudly, while others hide beneath the surface.This 2-hour workshop blends gentle yoga, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems-inspired reflection to help you connect with your parts through the body. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and listen inwardly — learning to witness, understand, and befriend the many parts and needs within.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, compassionate, and whole.

Rori will offer four sessions of Embodied Parts: January 18, Feb 15, March 15, April 19. The four sessions may be purchased as a discounted package ($129), but attendance at all of the sessions is not required to enjoy the benefits of this offering.
