This series will take place 718 E. 20th (corner of Fraser/20th) (@ Bridge & Enrich)
An exploratory movement class combining improvisation and somatic work. I will guide the group through exercises, free movement, and sensing / observing the body with prompts, games, scores and more; we will work with ourselves (solo) and others (duets/trios+) to expand our range of tools for movement,
dance, and physical expression.
No experience necessary. Curiosity required.
