Welcome to contact improvisation workshop "Embodied listening" in Porto next Saturday, 9 November!When you move in a flow of dance with another person you always mix roles of leading and following. In contact impro those roles are not defined, we switch a lot and often we even don't know if the roles of leading and following exist at all. If you meat another person in a dance with no "ideas" but with interest, you turn on embodied listening of the movement, of the contact, and celebrate being in a dance. This workshop I have intention to experience this quality of dance. Experiencing is a way of studying contact improvisation, and embodied listening is one of the fundamental keys of experiencing the dance.
I welcome beginners and those who already dance. Workshop is opened to everyone who register beforehand.
