Why Helen Created Intergenerational Biofield Healing:
Over the past 10 years in her Akashic Records practice, she made a discovery she couldn't have imagined if she hadn't deepened her relationship with her body through Somatic Experiencing. By connecting with the Akashic Field and the body, she began to access the Somatic Biofield— the space where intergenerational inheritance such as unresolved trauma, inherited patterns, and ancestral imprints reside. This led her to create a powerful 8-step process to resolve and heal these imprints.
