Each month, we gather to explore how place, culture, and lived experience shape the nervous system—and how different environments teach us to regulate, belong, and live with more ease. Guided by Odette’s lived experiences across continents, cultures, and systems—not as a tourist, not as a guru, but as a respectful translator of embodied wisdom.
You are not learning about places.
You are learning how environments shape identity, rhythm, boundaries, pleasure, and capacity.
Who Is This For?
This series is for women who:
- Feel unseen or unheard
- Are high-functioning but tired
- Don’t want to be coached, fixed, or pushed
- Crave femininity without performance
- Need regulation, not more information
You do not need to share.
You do not need to perform.
You do not need to be “ready.”
What Each Session Feels Like:
- Taste (tea, spice, or simple food)
- Sound (music, rhythm, or silence)
- Touch (beads, objects, fabric)
- Sight (color, image, natural materials)
- Breath & gentle movement
- Grounded story (lived, not performative)
