As the year turns—during a time that asks a lot of us—this workshop offers a nourishing pause from the familiar pressure to plan, fix, or set intentions.
Rather than pushing toward answers, we slow down into awareness:
⁃ gathering what has quietly sustained us,
⁃ noticing what we are holding and
⁃ listening for what can be carried forward with care.
To mark the beginning of a new year, we will bring our time together to a close using a ritual of remembering and gratitude.
Through embodied movement and shared presence, we create space to rest, replenish, and intentionally tend resources as we cross into the new year.

Designed to provide a steady heartbeat of community in deep practice and inquiry, weaving 2 one-hour waves with an hour of solo and collective investigation of movement skills and themes from 5 Rhythms, Open Floor, and a wide range of somatic and awareness/healing disciplines. Featuring specifically crafted sets to deepen the arc between free movement and unpacking what's happening in our moment-to-moment experience.
