💃🏽 🔥For all my movers and shakers, leaders and visionaries, we are gathering to delve into the realm of the body to move, breathe, express... and deepen into our Earthwalk, our Soul Dance.
🌱 Let this be nourishing... As human we often spend a lot of time in our heads, may this be a moment in time where you let go and expand deep into the body through an immersive somatic experience to reconnect with your inner flame, vitality, and personal expression through the art of movement.
WHY? Because we deserve to lead our lives feeling alive, inspired and connected.
Somatic “dance” allows us to take the stress, pressure, and overwhelm we feel from carrying a heavy mission and alchemize it into fuel that releases us into freedom, fluidity and confidence. PLUS it feels good 😉.
🎵 🤸🏼♀️Through guided movement, transformative soundscapes, and DOPE music that has you tapping into your untethered power and passion, we explore our unique magic and wisdom of the body to enhance our embodied experience. Held in an intentional space of community and celebration, we dance, heal, and transform—together.
🍭Get ready to boogie, the down to Earth yet High Visionary way with like minded embodied humans doing the work.
NOTE: We will be meeting in the Sodal Hall in the building not the big ballroom, it's down the main hallway past the bathrooms and right on your right!
