Find out who she is and where she lives…how to access her…and how to dance with her safely....to bring more aliveness to your life...for you.
Over 6 days and 5 nights, we will slowly unfurl into this dynamic, empowered and emboldened space that rests at the heart of you. Allowing this innocent, fun, playful expression to rise with safety and consent.
The retreat will present you with ways to access the deep truth and authenticity of who you are. You will be safely guided through practices and workshops, each unfolding a deeper layer of awareness of self and self as you relate to others. All founded on ongoing and enthusiastic consent.
Each morning will begin with yoga and meditation with a series of workshops throughout the day to bring you into greater awareness of you and your connection to power and the truth of your authentic expression. The evening will incorporate dance and movement to fully ground the work throughout the day.
The daily program will include gentle breath work and somatic nervous system practices. Giving you practical tools to take away with you. We will dive deep into conscious s*e*xuality and what that means for you.
Your presenter has worked within these spaces as a guide and facilitator for decades, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, learnt and lived.

The retreat includes all accomodation costs for your 5 night stay at the retreat centre. Breakfast and dinner. And all class and workshop tuition and print outs.
