Join us for a heart-centered somatic movement experience designed to foster connection, presence, and compassion. In this workshop, you’ll partner up to explore gentle guided movement, mirrored practices, and breathwork that attune you to both your own body and another’s.
Whether you arrive with a partner, a friend, or choose to pair with someone at the workshop, you’ll engage in nurturing somatic practices that support empathy, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. Through mindful touch, shared movement, and co-regulated breath, participants will deepen their capacity for listening, honoring, and being present with themselves and each other.
Come celebrate connection, presence, and heart-centered relating this Valentine’s season. Everyone is encouraged and welcomed to join this workshop regardless of fitness level or ability.
