Embodied Connection is a weekly gathering to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore the ways we meet ourselves and each other.
Through guided embodiment, authentic relating, boundaries, and play, we invite you into a fuller sense of your embodied experience and felt expression.
This is a co-creation - a collaborative process of unfolding together. By meeting weekly, we cultivate a field of trust, safety, intimacy, and belonging, offering a practice ground to listen deeply to:

🌀Your body’s wisdom and capacity
🌀And how all of that comes into connection with others.
Here, you are welcome in your fullness - your playfulness, shyness, sensuality, seriousness, joy, anger, tenderness, boldness, and everything in between.
(This is a drop in series however, each session will support the next so, the more you show up- the more you will get from our time together!)
