Join Jeff Sorensen, the founder of breathARMY for an evening exploring somatic and ecstatic movement along with a conscious connected breath journey.The breath is Life and the way we breathe is the way we live. Bringing conscious awareness to our breath through movement and breathwork practices allows us to open and embody more of our true nature, beyond the stories and limitations of our past.
After taking the time to drop in and connect, we will begin with movement to connect to, open and awaken the body prior to a full breathwork journey, closing the evening with an opportunity to share your experience and ask questions.
Jeff is an experienced practicioner that prioritizes creating a safe space for you to explore the depths of your being to embody your highest potential!
