Join us for a trauma-informed full-day retreat grounded in the Biodynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release System (BBTRS). Through rapid, connected nose breathing, somatic movement, sound, and heart-opening practices (including the Ho‘oponopono prayer), we’ll journey together toward deeper safety, boundary awareness, and self-connection. A nourishing lunch is included.
What You’ll Experience
Opening & Resourcing: Grounding practices, internal & external resources to anchor safety
Morning Breathwork Journey: Full guided BBTRS session to begin releasing held tension
Somatic Movement & Empowerment: Movements focused on boundary, release, strength, opening the heart
Heart Opening Sequence: Includes boundary work, Ho‘oponopono prayer, and a self-contained hug to support self-love & healing
Integration & Closing: Gentle reflection, self-holding, and ritual to carry what has arisen into rest

10:00 – 10:30 Arrival, orientation, grounding, intention setting
10:30 – 12:30 Morning BBTRS breathwork session
12:30 – 1:30 Lunch (included)
1:30 – 2:15 Integration time (journaling, art, rest, or nature walk)
2:15 – 3:15 Afternoon movement, boundary work, heart opening
3:15 – 4:00 Sharing circle, aftercare guidance, closing ritual

This retreat is facilitated within the scope of BBTRS. It is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Participation is always by choice. You may pause, adjust, or step back at any time. Facilitators will offer support for self-regulation and comfort.
Contraindications include significant cardiovascular issues, recent major surgery or injury, unmanaged psychiatric conditions, epilepsy without medical clearance, or pregnancy (with modifications). If you are unsure, please reach out prior to registering.
