Join us for Embodied Becoming, a restorative Hypnotic Sound™ experience led by Los Angeles-based Registered Nurse, Certified Trauma-Informed Clinical Hypnotherapist, and sound bath facilitator, Daksha Franklin, BSN, RN, CHt.
This is not just another sound bath — it’s an immersive experience designed to help you release control, calm your nervous system, and soften into deep, restorative rest.
Through therapeutic sound frequencies and gentle, hypnotic guidance, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, quieting mental noise, and reconnecting with a grounded sense of safety within your body.
This 90-minute experience blends guided relaxation, gentle hypnosis techniques, and live acoustic sound instruments including frosted crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and chimes. Designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional integration, this experience invites you out of effort and into embodiment — where becoming happens naturally.
Whether you’ve been navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply craving stillness, this evening offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, exhale, and reset.
What to Expect:
6:00 PM · Arrival
• Gentle welcome and check-in
• Choose your mat and get comfortable with supportive props provided

• Brief orientation and intention setting

• Optional journaling, reflection, or simply resting before departure
