Our upcoming training, Embodied Awareness in Therapy: Navigating the Unspoken Dynamics, explores how we can attune to the felt sense in the room, respond with presence, and make choices using relational diagnostic tools.
Grounded in Gestalt therapy, neuroscience, and embodied awareness, we will look at the subtle, but incredibly important, information that emerges in the therapeutic process. Our aim is to see it from different lenses to gain a deeper understanding of how we can cultivate relationships where clients feel truly heard, seen, and felt, by using immersive experiential exercises to explore how we engage our embodied awareness in the room.
