Embodi Mat Pilates — Pop-Up
Join Embodi Mat Pilates for a pop-up focused on strength, body awareness, and community. This class emphasizes controlled mat Pilates designed to sculpt from within while fostering a welcoming space for all levels to move, connect, and grow together.
Mats and ankle weights will be provided, along with a cooler of light refreshments to enjoy before or after class. Each guest will also receive a small welcome gift as part of the Embodi experience.
