Embers of the Heart is a 6-hour in-person retreat for soul-led leaders and seekers who are ready to move from depletion to deep nourishment. Through sacred practices of movement, meditation, and connection, you’ll reconnect with your own inner warmth of self-love, compassion, and inspiration that sustains you into the New Year.

About the Journey
In this transformative day retreat (guided by Dari Edwards) rooted in yogic philosophy, indigenous wisdom, and evidence-based mindfulness practices we will explore how to fan the "embers of the heart" to reignite love, compassion, and inspiration during the transition from fall to winter.
Embers of the Heart will intentionally balance the airy, restless energy of the fall season (vata in Ayurveda) with grounding practices to support you for seasons to come.
