Embers of Renewal Sonic Sleepover
An All-Night Sonic sleep over
Friday 23rd January , 9pm - 7am

✨ Join three Sound Alchemists for an immersive overnight journey of sacred sound, rest and renewal.
A weave of gongs, bowls, flutes, voice, and elemental soundscapes will carry you through the night, guiding the body into deep sleep while the spirit stays awake in dream state consciousness.
This is a 9 hour sonic ceremony , not a performance, but an energetic tending of the inner flame, a place to dissolve, soften, dream, and emerge renewed.
🌙 The Science of Sonic Sleep Journeys
All-night sound immersions work with your natural sleep cycles, supporting the brain to move into delta and theta states linked with deep cellular repair and emotional integration.
Continuous resonance from gong harmonics has been shown to:
• reduce stress and cortisol levels
• activate parasympathetic ‘rest + digest’ response
• support immune and nervous system regulation
• allow for lucid rest – the body sleeps, but the inner self listens
You may drift in and out of sleep, dream vividly, or drop into profound stillness. All experiences are welcome.
🌱 Imbolc: The First Spark Beneath the Earth
We gather between Winter Solstice and the Celtic fire festival of Imbolc, a time of quiet gestation before the return of spring.
Imbolc honours Brigid, keeper of the hearth flame, inspiration, poetry, healing waters and rebirth.
This night invites us to:
✨ release what we’re shedding from the old year
✨ plant dream-seeds in the fertile dark
✨ rekindle our inner light before the turning of the wheel
