We start from 2.5 years and no upper age limit! Male and female students welcome. Beginners to advanced level classes are offered.
Come join this day to catch up after the holidays, welcome newcomers, join some demo classes, or bring your husband or neighbour to try-out a mini-Pilates session, your wife of mom to have a go at Zumba, or your kids to watch some Dance Demonstrations and have a boerie and a cooldrink with other studio family members!
