It’s class reunion time! We invite all Elyria West High School Class of 1982 classmates to join us on Friday, August 5 and Saturday, August 6 for our 40 year class reunion! We have reserved the outdoor back patio at Smitty’s Place at 368 E. Bridge St. in Elyria for the evening of Friday, August 5 beginning at 6:30 pm for an informal gathering of classmates. There is no cost to attend this gathering other than what you would want to purchase from Smitty’s to eat or drink during the evening.
Unfortunately it has become necessary to CANCEL the previously scheduled Rock Hall portion of our reunion weekend, but please join us again on Saturday, August 6 beginning at 6 pm at Quaker Steak and Lube in Sheffield (across from Mike Bass Ford, at the intersection of Interstate 90 and Rt. 254) for the annual EWHS Alumni Reunion (all classes invited). If you have never been, this yearly event is always a blast and gives us an opportunity to socialize with West classmates from all years (and often with a number of past teachers, including Mr. Battle, Mr. Oblak, Mr. Mosher, Mr. Matus, and Mr. Bayless as past attendees). As with the Smitty’s event, there is no cost to attend this gathering other than what you would want to purchase from Quaker Steak to eat or drink during the evening.
