Join us on one of our exciting history walks led by our very knowledgeable committee member and local historian Stephen Carr.Through Elmdon Park you will be guided to clues and remains of Elmdon’s rich history and heritage, from where Iron Age huts possibly stood, to the sites of grand buildings built by previous Lords of Elmdon Manor. An event not to be missed!
All walks will meet and commence from the large notice board in the car park in front of Elmdon church. Each walk lasts around 2.5 hours.
No need to book, just turn up!
Walks are free to attend but if you would like to make a donation at the end this would be greatly appreciated. All proceeds will go towards our fundraising activities to enhance the park.
In the event of heavy rain the walk will be cancelled.
