Native Columbus musician and composer, Kristen Elliott, returns back to Natalie’s one more time with her creative project - Elliott Collective. Throughout the night, many musical friends will join her on stage to bring forward a collection of stories and songs weaved together through community. Listeners will enjoy a variety of original works, instrumental classics, and lively covers across jazz, folk, and rock genres.Formed in early adulthood, Elliott Collective was created as a safe space to journal and reflect through the power of music, with an intentional focus on spotlighting the violin and other string instruments. During its active years, the project helped form an important statute of Kristen’s personal musical blueprint. LIke many, however, the pandemic served as a catalyst for change and a realization on the need to move forward. Serving its purpose, Kristen wishes to use this show as a way to formally say goodbye and close this wonderful chapter. We hope to see you there to celebrate and provide an elegant farewell to a dear chapter in Kristen’s life.
