This program highlights the recipes, ingredients, and stories that defined mid-century cooking, and guests will be able to sample flavors that bring this history to life.
Whether you remember these dishes fondly or are curious to discover the meals that shaped a generation, this evening promises to be both delicious and eye-opening. Tickets are $15 per person and include admission and tastings. Seating is limited, so early reservations are encouraged.
