The Ellerslie School Discos will be held on 17 and 24 October at the Ellerslie War Memorial Hall. Tickets for this fun event are only $5.00 each and can be purchased on Kindo. Theme: At the beach.
Venue: Ellerslie War Memorial Hall, 134/138 Main Highway, Ellerslie.
Thursday 17 October:
Session 1: Years 3 and 4 5:00pm-6:00pm
Session 2: Years 7 and 8 6:30pm-7:45pm
Thursday 24 October:
Session 1: Years 0, 1 and 2 5:00pm-6:00pm
Session 2: Years 5 and 6 6:30pm-7:30pm
Small packets of chips will be on sale for $1.00 a packet. All children are asked to bring along their water bottles which will be kept in GG groups.
Parents/caregivers are asked to drop their child/ren off at the door for each session, and then collect them at the end of each session. There is a small waiting room to the side of the hall, if parents wish to wait for their child's session to end. Parent entry to the disco will not be permitted unless you are a volunteer on duty.
HELPERS NEEDED - The fantastic support of our volunteers make every year’s events possible. If you are able to assist, the following jobs on the night are: entry, crowd control, selling chips, water. If you are able to help please email Sarah Nuttall - [email protected] with which session/s and day you can help with and if you have a preferred job. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s wishes.
