Join us for one of Woodlawn Stables' most special events: the Ellen Tobin Open Benefit Show! Show starts at 8:30am, and ring opens for schooling at 7:30am. Classes include a range of English classes, poles, over fences, Western Pleasure, and Ranch. $8/class and judge is the wonderful Taylor Cloer! Plenty of parking for spectators and trailers!Miss Ellen was a beloved trainer and member of the Woodlawn Stables community, in many ways shaping the beautiful place it continues to be. Ellen left this world too early in March 2015. We hold this benefit show annually in her memory; the funds raised from the show go to support horseback riding access in our community. Funds from the previous two years have been used to support riders at the North Carolina Therapeutic Riding Center (NCTRC).
