Please come watch or casually race RC cars with us at the Elks Lodge Saturday, November 16th! We are going to have an event geared for youth and casual drivers to kick off the day, but then at 3:00 it will be geared for Adults only. Nobody under 18 for our evening racing. If you come to the earlier event, please make sure you are running clean cars and 2S maximum. All vehicles must also be smaller than 1/10 Scale. **Anyone under 15 must be accompanied by an adult**
Please come grab a drink from the bar and watch us race at no cost. If someone invited you, I'm sure we'll have some friendly folks that would let others join in on the fun if you don't have a car.
For anyone interested in racing, please bring $10.00 to help cover the hall rental cost. No cost to come hangout and watch.
General Rules:
-A Pit Mat or Towel is required. No marks are to be left on the tables.
-A LIPO bag is required to be used while charging batteries.
-Marshaling for the race after yours is required.
-Simple Green (or similar) is the only tire prep allowed.
-RC cars must be clean.
LaTrax 1/18 rally:
-Stock tires
-Body must be similar to stock size and must fully cover the wheels
-Body must not rub or snag the carpet. Please make sure body is trimmed appropriately.
-Stock brushed motor OR brushless upto 5600kv
Traxxas 1/16 Slash:
-Tires must be stock size and offset and leave no marks on the carpet
-Body must be similar to stock size and must fully cover the wheels
-Body must not rub or snag the carpet. Please make sure body is trimmed appropriately.
-Stock brushed motor/ESC only (XL-2.5 and Titan 12-turn)
LapMonitor transponders are required and the cost is $40 each. These will be available for purchase and a limited number of rental transponders will be available.
Each class will race separately.
