Parade of Lights & Illumination Festival: The annual Holiday of Lights parade is coming up on December 7th at District 56 at 6:00 pm. Come enjoy the Illumination Holiday Festival before the roads are closed and stay for the parade. The Illumination Holiday Festival starts at 3:00 at District 56, the Elk Grove Community Center. The parade will run from Laguna Springs to west Civic Center Drive and then left on Big Horn. The parade is sponsored by the Elk Grove Lions Club and Sutter Health.
