Join Norfolk Tour Company on this FREE walking tour of the history, amenities, and hidden gems of Downtown Norfolk's waterfront! Starting at the Waterside Marina, tour guide Joshua Weinstein will lead the group through Town Point Park, around the Nauticus museum and Battleship Wisconsin and into the Freemason neighborhood as we explore what makes the Downtown waterfront so special. The tour will follow the Elizabeth River Trail, in partnership with the ERT Foundation.The tour will begin at the Waterside Marina and walk through downtown and Freemason for around one hour.
We are looking forward to sharing this unique, fun, and new experience with you all!
Due to COVID-19, the following precautions will be in place:
-We will not be entering any indoor spaces during the tour
-The entire tour will be outdoors, but we will still encourage people to wear masks
-Everyone will be required to stand at least 6 feet apart
-The tour guide will have a speaker and mic so that attendees can keep 6' of distance and still hear
