Come out to The Track on Friday, October 1, 2021 to enjoy the thrill of Elite Indian Relay Association (EIRA) Races!
Sunday Itinerary:
10:00 AM – Gates Open
12:30 PM – EIRA Parade, O’Canada and Relay Prayer followed by EIRA Exhibition Races and EIRA Sing/Dance Display
4:00 PM Thoroughbred Horse Sale
FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Breakfast Sandwich, breakfast wraps and Race Day menu available from the Funky Monkey Kitchen & Bar.
ALL seating is compliant with the Restrictions Exemption Program and guests (12 and over) will need to show proof of vaccination (at least one dose completed on or before September 19th), a medical exemption or a negative test (within 72 hours).
SEATING OPTIONS:
OUTDOORS:
Seating is outside under grandstand overhang. Guests with advanced tickets outside will have tables & chairs, access to washrooms indoors (masks required to enter the building), food and beverage and a great view of the finish line. No masks required while outside. RUSH SEATING.
INDOORS:
Seating is indoors either on the second floor or in one of the beautiful luxury suites. Guests with advanced tickets indoors will have tables & chairs, access to washrooms indoors (masks required when you leave your table), food and beverage and a great view of the finish line. Those with indoor tickets are also welcome to go outside to to the rail to watch a race or to purchase items from food trucks or vendors, however, you cannot sit at a table outside. Options indoors are: one of four Luxury Suites or Table for 6, Table for 4, Table for 2. You can add 1 extra ticket to your table for the cost of admission.
Luxury Suites: There are four luxury suites available for you to host friends, family or your customers. The suites can accommodate 10 guests. They are attended by a server and betting is available down the hallway and on the second floor. Masks are required when you leave your suite.
The fridge can be stocked with non-alcoholic and/or alcoholic beverages; charged by use. After purchase, please email us at [email protected] to make these arrangements.
Your group will be allowed access to the suite when gates open and an hour following event completion.
Your credit card information must be provided in advance to have the fridge stocked. Any open containers will be charged full price. Alcoholic beverages cannot be removed from the premises on departure.
GENERAL ADMISSION (CASH ONLY):
Inside RUSH seating available in accordance with the REP for $15 per person.
Outside RUSH seating available in accordance with the REP for $10 per person.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Children 6 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
Parking is free.
Washrooms are located on the second floor, main floor inside and there are portables washrooms outside.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS PERMITTED IN ANY AREA INCLUDING GENERAL ADMISSION.
No pets allowed.
Derby-style dress always encouraged.
