Pioneer Records gives students the opportunity to learn the business of recording, marketing, booking, and artist development while managing local musicians. In giving students hands-on experience at a record label, Pioneer Records enables individuals to grow as professionals in the industry and help nourish the Pittsburgh music scene. In building connections, Pioneer Records hopes to reach more music lovers and college students who enjoy new music and new artists.
