About the speakers:
Dalia Colón is executive producer and host of The Zest, an NPR Network podcast that celebrates food in Florida. In addition, Dalia is author of The Florida Vegetarian Cookbook, and she serves as a producer and co-host for WEDU Arts Plus on Tampa Bay's PBS television station. Dalia never leaves home without a snack in her bag and a show queued up in her podcast feed.
Malaika Hollist is the Brand Manager for Arts Axis Florida and the host of one of its podcasts, Happy Medium. A Tampa native, Malaika has always been passionate about learning, and six years ago, during her hour-long commute, podcasts became her go-to travel companions. Fast forward to today, podcasting is now a part of her professional life. Malaika can often be found singing, dancing, or staying active outdoors, usually with a podcast playing in her ears.
