MBCC will be hosting an important community event on Thursday, October 17th at 6:00 p.m.Manasota Black Chamber of Commerce together with PRA, is holding an important community event on Thursday, October 17th at 5:30 p.m. Present Elevating CommUnity Event: An event designed to level the economic playing field for diverse/minority-owned businesses in all areas of procurement within municipalities, county, and city levels along with universities and school districts, as well as ways to bring equitable opportunities to the housing industry. We're currently developing opportunities with organizations and partnerships assembled through our efforts. We will identify steps on how to make tangible strides to move forward with processes and policies.
Lastly, the event is structured around showcasing exemplary black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs making an indelible impact in our region, building pathways for inclusive participation across this economic landscape via procurement. housing, employment, along with identifying areas that can quickly become small victories and change the dynamics as it relates to DE& I - Elevating CommUnity is an event with the Minority Owned Business intentionally in mind.
