Rise up to the AC terrace for an exhilarating mind-body workout as you follow the flow of the finest elements of creative movements and Yoga postures; curated, cued, and demonstrated by leading Yoga teacher, Lisa Pumper.
Be prepared to let your life force flow to the rhythm of East/West world music beats, drop into soothing breathwork, and enter into peaceful rest with a guided meditation.
This special class is designed to enhance your strength and flexibility; release tension and lighten up; have fun and be fully connected.
The teacher will demo with variations, all over a high-quality sound system to ensure all can follow with ease. The class duration is 75 minutes - all levels - no judgment zone, leave out any movements that don't serve you!

If you can not attend, you do not have to wait, this is a self-process system. Go to your ticket settings and self-process 24+ hours before the event. Less than 24 hours there is no refund or credit due to any personal reasons that prevent you from attending which includes weather, traffic, health, or anything else that is happening outside of the event location.
