Certified in Hatha and Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Stretch Coaching, Kate weaves together movement, music, mindfulness, and community connection in all of her offerings. With a background in corporate leadership and over 4 years of teaching experience, Kate specializes in full moon beach yoga, private sound baths, corporate wellness programs, and international retreats. Kate believes in creating inclusive, heart-centered spaces for people of all levels to reconnect with themselves and feel empowered on their wellness journey.
