Join @soulfulhealingldn on 26th September to reconnect with yourself as we take you on a high vibrational journey of Sound Healing while cocooned in our Floating Aerial Hammocks.

We will be encouraging stagnant energy to float away, guiding us back to alignment with our higher selves.

During this Sound Bath, waves of healing vibrations wash over each cell in your body, which expand and realign you.

Each one of the singing bowls has been delicately tuned to one or more Chakra frequencies; this enables powerful vibrations generated by the singing bowl to work directly with the focused Chakra. Keeping the Chakras aligned and without blockages helps the body and mind towards good health.

Benefits of Sound Healing include:

- Improved sleep

- Removes blockages and toxins

- Soothes, purifies and harmonises your emotions and feelings

- Stimulates healthy circulation

- Reduced stress

- Balanced Chakras

For this sound bath, participants will either floating in our Aerial Hammocks lay down or on their mats, cocooned into their blankets.

Once all participants are comfortable, we begin to slip deeper into a meditative state and get lost in the sound; the journey begins.

We look forward to holding space for you as you enjoy the sounds of the healing singing bowls as an act of Self Love.
