Learn about how to elevate your self-care via Somatic Resourcing with Stephanie Bergulnd (she / her), LPC-MHSP, of Grounded Light Therapy. You will learn about what somatic resourcing is and how this framework can help deepen the benefits of self-care. You will then have the opportunity to participate in a somatic resourcing activity to embody your learning. Next, replenish your mind and body with a sound bath, led by Berkeley Clements (she / her). Sound baths are an ancient practice used for healing, relaxation, meditation, and more. They've been proven to reduce anxiety, increase energy levels, and promote healthy sleep patterns.
It's a simple process that involves lying down on a yoga mat while listening to soothing music. The combination of calming music with the vibrations of 432hz crystal singing bowls creates a deeply meditative state where your mind and body can completely relax.
