About this Event

I am very excited to invite you to the new series of Breathwalk in the park. Join me Sunday 12 May for this new experience.Breathwalk is simple, natural, and effective. Once you know how to choose and do a breathing pattern as ou will have an immediate path o physical and mental fitness. Gurucharan Singh.

What is Breathwalk? The foundation of Breathwalk is walking, but it's not just ordinary walking. Breathwalk is the science of combining specific patterns of breathing synchronised with your walking steps and enhanced with the art of directed, meditative attention. Breathwalk programs are aimed at producing specific effects to revitalise body, mind, and spirit.

How does it work?

The practice of Breathwalk typically involves 5 steps:

Step 1: Awaken: It is a brief warm-up that stretches your body, increases circulation and stimulates aerobic conditioning.

Step 2: Align: it begins with a stroll to establish a comfortable pace and properly align your movement. Good posture is key to a positive walking experience.

Step 3: Vitalize It is the central step where you build stamina, reserve energy, and healing. It involves simple rhythmic arm movements, hand gestures (mudras) coordinated with the breath and walking pace, enhancing the overall experience.

Step 4: Balance: We create balance by opening our senses, shifting the focus of out attention, and doing a few fluid movements to stretch. This helps to balance both your muscles and your mind.

Step 5 Integrate: This final step involve the practise of Innerwalks to help you to consolidate and integrate the changes from your Breathwalk .Innerwalks guide the senses not just to open, but to break old patterns and to gain new ones.

This practice is a breath of fresh air that can change your life for the better every time you take a step.

Benefits: Breathwalk offers a range of potential benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced mental clarity, increased lung capacity, better mood, and an overall sense of well-being.

It is accessible to people of different fitness levels and backgrounds.
