About the trainer
Ilona Alcock is co-founder of Elevate and has hosted a wide range of events, including conferences, panel discussions and award ceremonies. She used to be a very nervous public speaker and has developed her skills and confidence through JCI UK, a not-for-profit leadership organisation. This lead to entering international competitions (making the European finals of both debating and public speaking) and discovering a love for training. Ilona has since trained across the UK and Europe and is always delighted to see her graduates on stage. Alongside running Elevate, Ilona is a Director of JCI UK and trustee of animal welfare charity, Feathers Together.
