Ready to grow as an improviser? Figure out how good you can be? Find out how you're showing up to audiences and scene partners? This class is designed for that journey.
We’re going to spend a day focused entirely on your craft. Here’s how it’ll go:
—Evaluation: We’ll open with some guided scene and character exercises to find your strengths and comfort zones—you'll get feedback from the start.
—Exploration: You’ll learn a range of different techniques based on the needs of the class, with side-coaching to keep you on track.
—Elevation: Each student will perform a run of scenes and sets with classmates, guided by specific prompts to stretch their skills and followed by clear, constructive feedback.
Show up for the personal feedback and clear direction and leave with a worksheet of tips and tricks to play with.
WHO IT'S OPEN TO:
Improvisers with at least a year of experience who have:
— Taken level 1 of any improv class
— Performed in at least 3 improv shows in front of live audiences
REGISTRATION FEE:
—$100 if paid by Sunday, November 30
—$115 if paid Monday, December 1, and later
