Elevate is a 5-class series for Iowans who have successfully launched a small business, and need assistance to strengthen, stabilize and grow.

In this session, you’ll learn effective recruiting strategies and onboarding practices, employee development and training techniques, and approaches for performance evaluations and retention. We’ll also cover payroll, benefits, and legal compliance. You’ll put these insights into action by drafting a job description and onboarding plan, as well as developing employment policies and procedures.
